You read it right, we're making mPloy free!
Every employer who signs up will get free credits to list their job vacancies and will be able to shortlist and contact their preferred candidates without charge, all from within the app. Previously it had been $79.99 to list a job ad, but the fees are now waived. So why are we doing this? Well, Director Andrew Petrie explains it best... “We’ve seen businesses around New Zealand struggling to find staff in recent times and we want to do our bit to help out in their time of need. Businesses are reducing their operating hours and even closing their doors due to the lack of staff. We believe mPloy can help revolutionize the recruitment industry and create a frictionless way to hire and be hired, getting people into jobs, and getting businesses back to normal.” Will it be free forever? Unfortunately not forever! But we believe this a great way for employers to try out the mPloy app without having to make any financial commitment initially, and it's also a way for us to help the New Zealand business community in our own small way. mPloy solves a lot of pain-points for both employers and jobseekers, offering benefits to both groups! So we hope that once we've created that value for people, the fees associated will be worthwhile paying once the free period is over. Don't worry though, we've got no plans to reintroduce the fees any time soon, so if you're looking for staff, hop on board and give mPloy a go. We're confident you'll find the app easy to use, and will save yourself heaps of time from sifting through wads of CVs.
