This website is operated by mPloy. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to mPloy. mPloy offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.


Basic principles of the mPloy community are for everyone to conduct themselves honestly and in good faith at all times. To comply with all laws and best of all to use common sense where ever possible.
 
Employers agree to be truthful in what the expectations are from a potential Jobseeker. This includes job role, pay, skills, start date and other relevant information to help Jobseekers make an informed decision about applying and possibly getting the job.
 
Jobseekers agree to be truthful in what job experience, skills, immigration status, availability and other such relevant information to help the Employer make an informed decision about hiring the appropriate person for the job. Jobseekers not to spam Employers at anytime during or after the process of hiring.


The aim of mPloy is to help people get into jobs. Help the process, help the community.
