This website is operated by mPloy. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to mPloy. mPloy offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and / or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read the Privacy Statement carefully before accessing or using our products. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
We want mPloy to be a safe and trusted place. Our commitment is to your privacy. It is very important to us that we create a trusting community within mPloy. It is a tool we strongly believe can help all stakeholders.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Privacy Statement. You can review the most current version of the Privacy Statement at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of this Privacy Statement by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our apps are hosted on Apples / Googles stores. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We also allow the logging in to our apps with Facebook or Google logins. This is to allow for quick login. We do not collect anymore information then what you see on the creating a login screen once the information has come back to us from either Facebook or Google (usually in real time).
We are a small business and do not have the expertise to manipulate your data. We do not believe in manipulating your data. If we do make an error, it’s to do with our passion in helping employers find staff and jobseekers jobs. As notified of any errors on our part, we will aim to rectify such errors as quickly and simply as possible.
Employers are given your contact details within the app. Employers can also pay to download a spreadsheet of that data to use to help them with the hiring process. Employers would have viewed this data already. Employers are not allowed to use this data for any other purpose then to be hiring staff. They are not allowed to sell the data to a third party.
Jobseekers are given the details of the Employers’ company that is entered by the Employer. If an Employer makes phone contact via the app, the Jobseeker then has the mobile phone number for the Employer.
mPloy uses the email addresses of both Employers and Jobseekers for regular updates and best use suggestions of the app.
mPloy has access to all actions taken on the apps by all users. Every user can request to have the account deleted at the any stage by emailing [email protected].
The reason for having access to all actions on the apps is to help provide a better service and try to as much as possible to provide a safe and trusting environment.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of the Privacy Statement shall not be construed against the drafting party.
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our app, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address.
When you use our app / website, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser / operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our app, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 4 - Google Play Store
Our app is hosted on Google Play / Apples App Store. They provide us with the online platform and in-app payment processing that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Googles / Apples data storage, databases and the general Google Play / App Store application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
In app payments:
Google / Apple store your credit card data. It is encrypted and stored in a manner that complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). We DO NOT have access to your credit card details. Our apps are only collecting that data that you enter in a secure manner and directly sent to Google or Apple.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our app and its service providers.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. Once you leave our website / app or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.

Refunds (if applicable)
As our products are purchased through the Google / Apple stores via in-app payments, we adhere to refund policies as stipulated by those providers.
Any other requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
Please email [email protected] to request a refund.
Once your request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.
